Monthly Rates :
- The above rates are subject to 7% Service Charge and VAT per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.
- Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in.

- Water : Baht 30.- per unit plus VAT
- Electricity : Baht 5.- per unit plus VAT
Monthly Breakfast :
- At Bath 6,000.- net inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT per person
Monthly ABF :
- At Baht 4,000.- net inclusive of 10% Service Charge and VAT
Monthly Laundry :
- 90 pieces at Baht 1,300.- plus VAT per month
- 120 pieces at Baht 1,800.- plus VAT per month
- Additional piece will be charged at Baht 20.- plus VAT
Monthly Internet :
- At Baht 1,200.- plus VAT per month
